Terms of Use

STZ LLC · Last updated: August 4, 2026

These terms govern the use of products and services provided by STZ LLC, EIN 61-2040057, registered address at 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, DE 19808, United States ("STZ", "we"). By contracting or using any of our products, you agree to what follows.

1. The service

STZ builds and operates software delivered as a service. The scope, usage limits and price of each product are set out in the applicable agreement or plan, which prevails over these terms in case of conflict.

2. Accounts and access responsibility

3. Acceptable use

When using our products, you agree not to:

4. Customer data

Data entered by the customer remains the customer's. STZ handles it as a processor, solely to deliver the service, under the Privacy Policy. We do not use it for advertising or to train artificial intelligence models.

The customer is the controller of the data it enters and is responsible for its lawfulness — including having a legal basis to process third parties' data on the platform.

5. Third-party integrations

Some products allow connecting third-party accounts (for example, Google). These connections are always initiated by the customer, limited to the strictly necessary permissions, and revocable at any time from within the product. Use of that data follows the source platform's policies, as described in the annexes to the Privacy Policy.

STZ is not responsible for unavailability, rule changes or discontinuation of third-party APIs, but undertakes to notify the customer when this affects a contracted feature.

6. Availability and support

We work to keep the service continuously available, but it may be interrupted by scheduled maintenance, infrastructure provider failure, or events beyond our control. Availability targets and support response times, where they exist, are those of the specific agreement.

7. Intellectual property

The software, brand, interface and documentation are owned by STZ LLC. The agreement grants a right of use for its term — it does not transfer ownership or source code, unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STZ's liability for losses arising from use of the service is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the triggering event. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

This limitation does not apply to willful misconduct, fraud, or to cases where the law prohibits limitation.

9. Term and termination

The agreement may be terminated by either party as provided therein. Upon termination, the customer may request an export of its data; after the retention period described in the Privacy Policy, the data is deleted or anonymized.

We may suspend access, with prior notice whenever possible, in case of non-payment or of use that breaches section 3 and puts third parties or the integrity of the service at risk.

10. Changes to these terms

Material changes will be published on this page, with the date revised at the top, and communicated to active customers through the product's channels.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. For customers domiciled in Brazil, mandatory Brazilian rules remain applicable, including the LGPD and, where applicable, the Consumer Protection Code, as well as the venue determined by Brazilian law.
